From I-275: Take Exit #28 (Old #15) and go West for 10 miles. The road from I-275 to our office is SR 694 (Gandy Blvd which becomes Park Blvd). You will cross US 19 via an overpass. The major intersections are Park & 49 St, 66 St, Belcher, and Starkey.

At Seminole Blvd., turn right (North) past Johnson and then past 86th Ave. Lifeway Dental is 7 blocks from there on the right. Across from AAA and just North of First Home Bank.

From US 19: Exit US 19 at Park Blvd which is SR 694. Go West and follow directions listed above.

From Sarasota and other places South: Take I-75 and I-275

From Tampa and other places North: Take I-275 and US 19

From Brandon and other places East: Take SR 60 onto Gandy Bridge West (US 92) and then onto Gandy/Park Blvd.
